What a terrific job you and your crew did on our basement. We thought we were stuck with a water problem. We had already tried to get a quote from a nationally know company and they did not want to quote the job.
We have swept water out of our basement for years every time it rained. Since you treated our basement we have not had a drop of water come through. It stayed dry and not even the least bit damp. Your crew knew exactly what they were doing and completed the task expeditiously. I know the task was labor intense however your crew just stayed at it until it was complete. I wanted to send a thank you to all of the board for approving Black’s to come out and repair my basement correctly. I have already noticed a big difference, the smell of mildew and mold is going away and Black’s worked so hard on the inside and outside to make sure it was properly taken care of. They were there all day working and I can say that I am very impressed with Black’s.
